Can I cancel or return my order/get a refund?

to protect the health and safety of our valued customers, after your order has been shipped we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for our products. if you have any issues with the items that you receive please contact us @Kandykultureko@gmail.com

Lost package?
Please double check your address before confirming your order. If you typed a non existing address, your package will be shipped back to us and we'll ship it to you again. however, if it doesn't get back to us, we are not responsible for it. which means that you will not receive another product or get a refund.

When will i get my order?

Processing time is usually 1-3 days. You will get your order depending on the kind of shipping you choose at checkout. Processing time and shipping times are two different things.

 

Damaged Package?
If you receive a damaged product please email us within 2 days at Kandykultureko@gmail.com with evidence
